Worst of the Worst
This law firm deserves five negative stars. After firing my first attorney for doing nothing, I hired Kaine Law. It was the worst decision that I ever made. They were very deceptive and dishonest about my case, wouldn't return my phone calls or emails, and let the opposing attorney walk all over them...

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with your previous law firm, but perhaps this review is posted on the wrong profile? My firm does not handle any defense work so we would not have "defended" your case. We are a plaintiff's personal injury law firm which means that we only represent injured accident victims. We specialize in fighting to protect our clients' rights and for our clients to receive the financial compensation that they deserve. We strive to communicate with our clients every 2-3 weeks throughout the life of their case as we believe that information and full transparency, with our clients, is a key ingredient to achieving success for our clients.

Not great
Evan held my case from July till January without doing any work on it. In January I fired him and secured another attorney. At no time did MR. Kaine EVER take responsibility for failing to handle my affairs as we contracted.

It is extremely important to me as an attorney, a professional and a community member that every case is handled with a focus towards each individual client’s needs and thus in the best interest of each particular client’s case. We agreed that it was in your personal best interest, and for the benefit of your case as a whole, to associate additional attorneys in the state where your case was pending. In doing so, we added additional knowledgeable attorneys, at NO cost, in an effort to maximize your result. I take FULL responsibility for my actions and for those of my law firm. Communication is of utmost importance to me and my firm. We proactively contact each of our clients on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that our clients know the status of their case and to allow us to constantly move cases forward with an eye towards obtaining a swift but just resolution. In fighting for each of our clients, we form a team which requires that we work together alongside our clients to fight the insurance companies. As has been said for years, “two heads are better than one.” I am passionate about my profession and helping EVERY client achieve their goals. I am glad to hear that you found new counsel and hope that they are able to obtain the results that you expect.
