This is very important, especially if you have never needed an attorney before or had a mediocre experience. I never needed an a...ttorney before I got a DUI, and I had LOTS of questions. He answered all of them, many times more than once, just to ensure that I understood. Second, Chad is very confident in his practice. He knows his profession very well and is expertly knowledgeable about Georgia Laws. When I called other lawyers before him, they wanted to downgrade the DUI charge to reckless driving. Chad was persistent that my case was worth going to trail if we needed to, in order to fight it. Third, He is affordable and explains all payment information AFTER listening to your issues. I was charged with assault stemming from an altercation that involved me defending a female after she was assaulted by man. Chad had a head a steam and made it clear in court that I was trying to protect this woman from getting hurt anymore than she already was and that I did not instigate this alter...cation.
