I was facing my 3rd DUI in 10 years and came across Chad by a word of mouth. chad told me from the beginning he would not let certain things happen to me that I was fearing such as jail time , loss of license etc. I have a family, a good job, a mortgage, and all was going to be at stake. Chad is the man if you want to have a fighting chance in a DUI case. He is not at all overpriced, and he knows how to get the results that you want. This is very important, especially if you have never needed an attorney before or had a mediocre experience. I never needed an a...ttorney before I got a DUI, and I had LOTS of questions. He answered all of them, many times more than once, just to ensure that I understood. Second, Chad is very confident in his practice. What a wonderful experience that I had with Chad Trentacosta! He and his staff was very informed in handling of the DUI in which I was faced with. I had four counts against me DUI, Obstruction of an Officer, Open Container, and Failure to Maintain Lane.
