This is my very first review ever. Searched for an attorney and chose Chad. He was so helpful and always answered all my calls and text. He did a great job for us. Can’t put in words how much I appreciate him for all he did. If you need a great attorney choose Chad he will be with... you all the way Again Thank you Chad for everything you did.

If you are looking for an attorney who will passionately fight for justice on your behalf, Chad Trentacosta is the man for you! My family and I needed legal representation we could rely on in regard to a probation violation hearing. Chad's brilliant legal mind as well as his winning personality enabl...ed us to get through the hearing not only seamlessly but with an outcome that was far better than we could have imagined. Chad is different than many lawyers in that he is interested in fighting for justice as opposed to simply wanting to make the most money he can off of the cases he takes. For Chad, it is about the PEOPLE he represents and he is passionate about defending his clients. He is also very caring and thoughtful and has one of the best personalities of anyone I have ever met! He personally answers phone calls and texts rather than having a member of his staff do so. His commitment to giving his all to his clients makes you feel like he truly values you and wants you to know that you and your case are important to him. I had a lawyer I was trying to have represent me and he was basically trying to scare me and make me pay exorbitant amounts of money to represent mean. His words exactly ( oh they are trying to throw the book at you ) Not only that he wanted me to go to the police precinct and get all the paperwo...rk and do all the legwork . Every time I tried to call this lawyer I would get the answering the phone And maybe a text a day later. I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to do. On the day before my court case arraignment he had still not gotten everything together so I ended up going to arraignment alone . That’s when I looked up and I luckily found Chad Trentacosta. I called Chad The first time and he immediately picked up the phone. Chad made me feel comfortable about what I was facing a DUI case and how much it would cost which I thought was reasonable.. The day after I paid for his services Chad was in court And had everything in order and Immediately Chad made me feel comfortable about what we had to do . I was facing the loss of my license I E my living. Chad kept in contact with me consistently either by text or phone call which made me feel really good about who I was dealing with. Chad got it knocked down to 40 hours of community service and a very small fine.. I just want to say thank you so much to Chad because he made me feel at ease at a situation that could very easily have gone a different way. I’m glad my first lawyer did not work out. Words cannot describe how satisfied I was with Chad representing me in my DUI case. I am so glad I picked up the phone and called him. He promptly returned my call and put me at ease. I was facing real dire consequences for my actions that night and Richard got me the best outcome possible. My charge... was reduced to reckless driving,no jail time and I managed to keep my license. After several calls to multiple attorneys, this is who we chose. Not only was he the least expensive, but the most attentive. He personally asnwered the phone and promptly returned all of our phone calls. My boyfriend was going to turn himself in for a bench warrant on Tuesday to wait for months ti...ll his court date. Thank God that Chad was one of the attorneys we called. I payed for his representation that night without a face to face meeting (I reside states away). He promptly and very deligently began working on the case. We hoped for minimal jail time, an expediant court date and a reinstatement of his probation.. we met Chad at the courthouse at 845 Friday morning.. prepared to say our goodbyes for whatever length of time. Chad is the only attorney I've had that knew the case front to back and was more than prepared and very proactive at doing way more than expected. He convinced the judge, the DA, and the probation department to look over the case that Friday (just a couple days after hiring him). We we're in front of the judge by two o'clock that day. Warrant was dropped. Probation was NOT reinstated... It was over!!! My man is now a free man with no probation, no warrant.. thank you from the bottom of my heart Chad..
