I had a lawyer I was trying to have represent me and he was basically trying to scare me and make me pay exorbitant amounts of money to represent mean. His words exactly ( oh they are trying to throw the book at you ) Not only that he wanted me to go to the police precinct and get all the paperwo...rk and do all the legwork . Every time I tried to call this lawyer I would get the answering the phone And maybe a text a day later. I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to do. On the day before my court case arraignment he had still not gotten everything together so I ended up going to arraignment alone . That’s when I looked up and I luckily found Chad Trentacosta. I called Chad The first time and he immediately picked up the phone. Chad made me feel comfortable about what I was facing a DUI case and how much it would cost which I thought was reasonable.. The day after I paid for his services Chad was in court And had everything in order and Immediately Chad made me feel comfortable about what we had to do . I was facing the loss of my license I E my living. Chad kept in contact with me consistently either by text or phone call which made me feel really good about who I was dealing with. Chad got it knocked down to 40 hours of community service and a very small fine.. I just want to say thank you so much to Chad because he made me feel at ease at a situation that could very easily have gone a different way. I’m glad my first lawyer did not work out. I just want to say thank you so much to Chad because he made me feel at ease at the situation that could very easily be very nerve-racking And expensive. I would highly recommend his representation to anybody facing something similar to this

Have a case of eluding 4 more minor ticket, Easy I would have gone to jail whit a suspended license and a horrible record ,but everything change since I hire him after my first appearance at court,he tell me not to worry and everything he tell me that was going to happen ,happen same way he say an...d all for good,very experience lawyer, now after court I do 1 month probation pay my bill and my case is closed whit no bad record( like if nothing ever happen) highly recomend Chad, cant thank him enought.

I hired Mr. Trentacosta and he sold me a grandiose story about how he would personally escort me to the courthouse, get my warrant withdrawn and handle my case from there. However, none of the aforementioned actions occured; quite the contrary. Not only did he NOT fulfill these expectations, he was a... nightmare to get in contact with. I was arrested and incarcerated for 19 days until I found and hired a second attorney. Not only did I have to pay a new and higher retainer for my second attorney, I lost my job because I was left sitting in jail with no way to contact Mr. Trentacosta. Can you imagine putting your faith and money into an attorney and ending up losing your job and getting arrested? Ridiculous and unprofessional at best. Beyond this, once I was released and under the care of a new attorney, I mailed Mr. Trentacosta a certified letter requesting a refund that he did reply to nor contact me about. I then attempted to use the Fee Arbitration service offered by the State Bar of Georgia and did not receive a follow up from them either. I am just one of the many who are left helpless and taken advantage of because of the actions of some unethical attorneys. They carry themselves as if they are above the law, and because of the average persons limited legal knowledge, they truly are. I took out a loan and paid Mr. Trentacosta over $1,500 with absolutely nothing to show for it. I was given no opportunity for receiving a refund. I see numerous 5-Star reviews and wonder how much merit and truth they possess.

All the reviews are after the verdict. Not this one. Well I was involved in a serious incident that needed immediate attention . Unfortunately this situation fell on a weekend for me. You try calling an attorney's office on there day off and see what happens. Not to mention several days after Chri...stmas and several days before New Year's Eve . There couldn't be a tougher time of the year to retain counsel. Warrants would have been issued bar none! So you can imagine how uncomfortable my state of mind was. My first call he personally answered. Within several hours he met me at his closed office he opened it up within minutes calls were made. Peace of mind ensued several minutes there after. Since then there has been numerous phone calls which unbelievably all have been answered by him. I am a business owner with a high pedigree for perfection but he has me trumped. Thank you Chad for giving me a peace of mnd that only YOU could have given me!
