OUTCOME: We prevailed, and the appellate court fully REVERSED the trial court's modification of custody (and thus returning custody back to client), agreeing with the various arguments I raised in the appeal.

After we obtained a favorable custody and support ruling for client in the trial court for a mother, the father appealed to the Court of Appeals, arguing various grounds to set aside Order.
OUTCOME: The Court of Appeals denied Father's application for appeal (and thus the client's favorable ruling was affirmed).
We defended against an appeal filed by husband, challenging a favorable ruling in a divorce trial for our client/wife.
OUTCOME: We were able to get the appeal dismissed for the client (and thus affirming his favorable custody ruling).
The trial court granted the father (our client) custody of his children in a modification of custody action. The Mother appealed the custody and support ruling, alleging several different grounds.
OUTCOME: We successfully obtained a reversal, and the Court of Appeals reversed the trial court's order, and found that client did not owe the various expenses to wife ordered by the trial court.
Former wife filed a contempt case against former husband (my client), claiming he failed to comply with divorce agreement terms related to expenses and sale of former marital home. Trial court found cl ... ient owed former wife various funds for expenses she paid for home, as well as gave wife the right to buy him out. We filed an appeal of this order, seeking a reversal.
OUTCOME: Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court's favorable custody ruling. The Court reversed the trial court's child support award based on the court failing to include requiste findings, but remanded for trial court to correct.
Trial court granted favorable custody rights to client (father), as well as granted a reduced child support award to reflect a downward deviation for parenting time. Mother appealed the ruling.
OUTCOME: Successfully convinced the Court of Appeals to reverse the trial judge's ruling with respect to my client separate property claims on a premarital home. The Court affirmed the child support ruling, and gave helpful guidance/law for future cases.
