Dishonest, unethical, and took all our money
Awful service. She took our money and never did a thing. Very unethical. She never wanted to give us copies of anything we filed. Does not have a copy machine in her office and all the money orders for INS we gave her had to be blank. She also never have us receipts and got very upset when we asked h...
Greetings. I always provide clients with copies of their entire file. Any payments made for filing fees are made out to US Department of Homeland Security and are shown to the client in person the day the fees are brought to the office. They are advised that US Department of Homeland Security will mail the client and me receipts for all filing fees. Upon receiving the receipts from immigration , the client is contacted to verify that said receipts were received. The receipts for attorney's fees paid and a copy of the contract is given to the client the same day I am hired. Please contact my office if you did not understand the documents you were given when you hired me and I will be more than happy to explain everything to you again. I am unable to reach out to you since you placed this post anonymously.
