Exceeded my expectation

After an injury at work, my company and the insurance company treated me fairly for the most part throughout my time under workers comp. I was approved for all of my treatments and received my weekly benefits checks "mostly" on time. Sometimes I had issues getting them on the phone. When the docto...r told me I had reached maximum medical improvement and I was coming to the end of the road I decided to seek out the advice of an attorney in order to make sure that I was treated fairly. After doing my research I decided to call Susan and it was probably one of the better decisions that I have ever made. She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the workers comp system in Georgia. Once she was my attorney, I never had to talk to the insurance company again and my checks were always on time. I ended up with a fair settlement from my company and I am convinced that having her as my attorney I got a much better settlement than I would have on my own. I'll be the first to admit that I was nervous about retaining an attorney, but I am glad I did. In addition to Susan, her staff is also very friendly and there to answer any questions that you have about the process. I can't thank them enough for what they did. If you are looking for a Workers comp attorney, then look no further than Susan Sadow.

Best lawyer have ever had to represent me by far

Susan was very informative she handled my whole case saving me valuable time and money. She always had time to speak with me and returned calls promptly. I would and have recommended her for more cases.

Hurt on the job and finding no help

I was hurt in an on the job accident and the insurance company would not do anything to help me in any way. The adjuster would not take my calls or return any calls i made to them that is when i made the call to Susan and i could not believe what a change she made in just a few days. I was sent to a ...very good Doctor my adjuster was calling me to see if i needed anything all of my checks were on time i could not believe what a difference having someone with her experience representing me could make but it sure did. Susan and her team were so caring and professional and i should add dedicated to making sure that i was kept informed every step of the way and all of my needs were taken care of. She is worth her weight in gold when it comes to getting her clients what they need. When time came for a settlement in my case she was on top of that as well. When someone needs help you need Susan Sadow in your corner i am sure gald i had her in mine.

Stamp of Approval

From day one, Ms. Sadow lets you know that she is there for you. She lets you know what she expects from you, the client, and in turn, what you can expect from her, as your lawyer. She and her staff are very informative and available to assist with any questions, no matter how numerous of times you... may ask them. She greets you with respect and dignity. Right away, she let you know the good and the bad, things to do or not to do, so that you, as a client, don't have to worry. She doesn't slack up your case. She works diligently to achieve the best offer possible in a timely manner. She is a fair lawyer, not a gold-digger. We have and will continue to highly recommend Ms. Sadow and her staff, if you want complete satisfaction. Thank you. Joe & Marilyn Pennamon

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have had the opportunity to mediate a number of cases where Susan represented the claimant. She is always very well prepared, has helped her clients understand the process, and has done the necessary groundwork to get her clients top-dollar settlements. She realizes the importance of mediations and puts a lot of work into them. She has an excellent grasp of the complex issues which vex less experienced claimant’s attorneys, such as proper handling of MSAs, Social Security offsets, and subrogation liens. Her excellent advocacy skills in the courtroom are well known, but I have had the privilege of seeing her use the slightly different skill-set necessary to help her clients get the best settlement to be had though the mediation process and exhaust all ancillary sources to maximize the benefits for her clients. She truly is a Super Lawyer"
