Mr. Cohen reviewed my case, advised me as to the options that were available to me and the fact that there were some serious issues but he explained to me how they could be handled. He was quite knowledgeable and made me feel I was in good hands. He also made me feel that I was not being taken advantage of financially. He was considerate to inform me and offer me options within my budget as far as counsel. Not only would I use him again, I would give him the highest recommendation because his advice was spot on and helped me to win my appeal and cut the requested tax amount by 50%. All of this was done in one consultation!! Thank you, Mr. Cohen!

Jeff Cohen has been our lawyer for years and has walked us through some tax issues and also some business issues. He has ALWAYS given us great advice and was always prompt in tending to the services that we needed at the time. He always did what he felt was in our best interest and we have always been completely happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone than had any tax or business related legal needs.

I first met Jeff around 2008 after leaving him a vm at 2:00 am one morning. He called me immediately the next morning after hearing my vm and calmed me down with his common sense approach of understanding the IRS. I had tried to work out a payment arrangement with the IRS on my own that would still allow me enough income to go to work and earn the money to pay them -- that became an impossibility. Since working with Jeff, I have not had to deal with the IRS myself direct unless he and I met with them together. I have found him to be knowledgeable and efficient in how we, together, have settled my issues with the IRS. And in settling my IRS issues, he has saved me alot of money due to his understanding the IRS.
