Brian Cahn is a native of Cartersville, having graduated from Cartersville High School. He completed his college education at the University of Georgia in 1991, earning a degree in business administration. After graduation, Brian moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where he attended law school and earned his law degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, in 1994. With his law degree, law license, and a strong desire to return to Cartersville, Georgia to embark on his law career, he was invited to join a local law firm to assist local clients in need of bankruptcy advice. Since then, over the past 26-years, Brian has dedicated his entire practice to helping clients obtain affordable financial relief through creative and case-specific plans. With empathy and compassion, Brian has helped thousands of satisfied clients obtain financial relief through cases under Chapters 7 and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. In addition, he has counseled many clients - individuals and businesses - to a fresh start by reorganizing under Chapter 11. Never wanting to recommend bankruptcy as the first or only option, Brian has helped countless clients avoid bankruptcy by spearheading debt settlement plans, and debt-related litigation defense, along with FDCPA and FCRA litigation, and foreclosure defense.

Mr. Cahn is a very professional, caring and he knows what he is talking about. He took our case, which was a complete complicated mess , and turned it around.Brian was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I didn't have to worry about a thing. He took care of everything.
"While we are "competitors", we routinely bounce ideas off each other and I value his opinion as I feel he values mine. If I had to file bankruptcy myself, he would definitely be on my short list."
"Brian is a great lawyer who is known throughout the community for his caring and compassion for his clients. I had the pleasure getting to know Brian during our involvement on a bankruptcy matter with several unique issues to be resolved between our respective clients. Although Brian was on the opposing side of the case, it was a pleasure to work with him. He strongly advocated for his client, yet was always extremely professional and cordial while navigating the challenges presented during the resolution of our matter. His creativity, knowledge and expertise for the subject matter at hand were obvious. I endorse this lawyer"
