I am an experienced and respected AV rated lawyer and CPA who represents clients in criminal and civil tax disputes and offers tax planning services. Specific matters handled have included Tax Court trials, Appeals, IRS audits and criminal investigations, innocent spouse claims, IRS collection representation and Offers in Compromise, Installment Payment Agreements, tax lien removal, Collection Due Process Hearings, abating penalties, Voluntary Disclosure of foreign bank accounts under Second IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Initiative announced February 8, 2011), Madoff and other Ponzi scheme loss deductions, divorce tax and planning, advice on the filing of current tax returns, and representation in the filing of complex, delinquent or amended tax returns. I also assist clients with credit repair.
I have authored numerous published articles in national profession journals including The Florida Bar Joural, Journal of American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, The ABA Family Law Section Family Advocate, Taxation for Lawyers and Taxation for Accountants. I have also spoken before professional groups including The American Bar Association and Greater Miami Tax Institute.
