Ms. Sessoms has successfully tried and helped numerous client's to remain in the United States after being faced with the possibility of removal for criminal offenses. Ms. Sessoms is also an experienced DUI/Drug attorney who has successfully represented hundreds of clients charged with DUI or drug charges. 

Ms. Kamala Sessoms has recently been selected for inclusion in the 2012 edition of The Latino American Who’s Who. Ms. Kamala Sessoms is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. 

While in law school, Ms. Sessoms served as Chair of the Diversity Committee of the Student Bar Association and President of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA).  She also participated in the highly selective Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Program at MSU College of Law and worked at the Commission of Civil Rights in Washington, D.C. while in law school.

Ms. Sessoms is a graduate of Oberlin College where she was a Presidential Science Scholar and Michigan State University College of Law.
