Top Notch Lawyer!

My family and I were referred to Tom Ashenden by another Atlanta area lawyer, and we are so glad we hired him. I consulted with and then hired Tom because I trusted him and felt very well taken care of. Tom and his team of associates are wonderful. Tom listened intently to our unique situation and wa...s able to handle our case with the up-most care and respect for all parties involved. My family and I worked with Tom and his associates during a very dark, very controversial, and difficult time in our lives. We are a young family of three and Tom was able to win our claim and ensure the financial future of our family. We were so relieved that Tom won our claim and fought for us and our Victims' rights. His attention to detail, dedication, amazing work ethic and high expertise in his field is why we were so confident in his abilities. Tom means what he says and he does what he says he will do! We were so well taken care of by Tom and his entire staff, and my husband and I will forever be grateful for what Tom MADE RIGHT out of a terrible situation with an accident that had so much wrongdoing and pain involved. Tom and his associates are top notches.

A TRUE GODSEND

What a blessing it is when you can call your attorney an honorary member of the family. Mr. Tom Ashenden is a man of GREAT faith and knowledge that genuinely cares about those he represents. He is a true example of "giving your best" toward your craft. I approached Mr. Ashenden two years ago for a WC... claim, not knowing that he had stepped away from that practice area. Rather than turn me away, Mr. Ashenden still took on my case, just not as lead. He has been with me every step of the way and made sure that I have had exceptional counsel throughout the process. Let him be your example if you are an aspiring attorney. I went in to hire an attorney but came out with a lifelong friend. You will not go wrong with retaining Mr. Tom Ashenden.

Extremely Satisfied With Our Experience

Now we can see why there are so many positive reviews about Tom Ashenden and his firm. The way they handled our case was first class. Tom and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and keep us informed including promptly returning phone calls no manner what time of day. They were also very interest...ed in capturing every detail which really made a difference in the amount we received for our claim. The amount was way above what we expected and what other lawyers thought they could achieve with our case. Tom and his staff are also very approachable which made the process so much easier. We highly recommend this law firm!
