Divorce & Custody

I hired Jeannine to represent me in a high-conflict divorce/custody case. As a father seeking joint custody of my daughter I knew the odds were likely against me in Fulton County. Whether Jeannine thought the same or not she never operated under that assumption. She handled my case with a great deal ...of respect and concern for everyone involved. She took the time to understand the circumstances and what was important to me and my daughter and my priorities were always her priorities. She's genuine, easy to talk to, and always prompt with responses to emails or calls. She's a consummate professional regardless of opposing tactics. She was always the most prepared attorney in the room and I left every conference, meeting and court date glad that she was in my corner. I honestly couldn't recommend her more highly. The result in my case was better than what I thought was best-case scenario and if, for any reason, we ever have to go back for a modification or anything else Jeannine will be representing me.

Jeannine was so knowledgeable about Divorce law and how each county works differently. She gave me solid direction and advice as well as encouragement and assurance that the process would go smooth. Jeannine took the time to understand my situation and was able to summarize quickly the path we could... take to complete my Divorce in a seamless manner. I am so grateful to have had such a genuine and compassionate person as Jeannine represent me.

Custody Modification

I had hired Jeannine to modify my custody arrangement. She was professional and down to earth, a complete balance of what you would want in a attorney. She is a competent attorney who understands family law. She will always be honest with you and guide you in the right direction. She is quick to resp...ond to emails/phone calls. I felt she took my case personally as I feel she does all of her clients. To sum up my experience with Jeannine, I will never hire another attorney for family law. I highly recommend her.

Unique case

My case involved my daughter's birth certificate and changing the information that was entered in error when she was born. Due to our relocation to Florida from Georgia, the case had some unique circumstances and I was unsure what was needed legally to change her birth certificate. Ms. Lowery was a...ble to find the specifics needed and help effect the change necessary. Her charges for service were reasonable and I would hire her again if necessary. Highly recommended.

Excellent results

I wasn't sure if I needed an attorney or not for my case. A friend strongly suggested I consult with one before blindly heading into court. I contacted Jeannine Lowry she met with me and helped me prepare my case. She is brilliant. I could not have hired a more prepared competent person to go to bat ...for me. She helped me with a domestic situation involving my child. I highly recommend her. I am pleased with the outcome of my case.
