Biography
Seth Bader is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Bader Law, a Georgia-based law firm focused on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. Since founding the firm in 2008, Seth has grown Bader Law into a high-capacity practice with a team of more than 150 dedicated professionals. He focuses on helping individuals and families recover physically, financially, and legally after serious accidents.
Seth began his career representing insurance companies and managing thousands of claims. That experience helps him understand how insurers evaluate, defend, and negotiate injury claims. Today, he uses that insight to advocate for injured clients and to help them navigate the legal process with confidence.
Seth’s work has contributed to more than $250 million recovered for over 50,000 clients. His experience includes involvement in a $30 million settlement related to a Gainesville explosion, as well as multiple seven- and eight-figure outcomes.
Seth earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Seth remains focused on building a firm grounded in accountability, preparation, and client service.
A resident of Atlanta, Seth balances his professional drive with family life. He is a father of four who spends his personal time traveling, exploring hiking trails, and coaching his son’s baseball team.

Terrible job
I was a client and this firm did not tell me they were not go handle my case any more the lawyer that we were up against call me to make an offer I said you need to call my lawyer he said they have dropped your case.

Unprofessional
Said he was going to help me with my case and then with no warning got a letter that he was dropping me. Called to find out why and wouldn't let me speak to him. Guessing my case wasn't profitable enough!
