Biography
My practice is devoted exclusively to representing injured Georgians in workers' compensation claims. Before becoming a partner at the O'Connell Law Firm, I worked for ten years at another large firm representing workers in Atlanta. Before that I was a staff attorney and mediator for the State Board of Workers' Compensation in Atlanta, and mediated hundreds of cases throughout the state of Georgia. In the past several years my work has resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars in benefits for my clients.

Knowledgeable and Credible
Attorney Daniel made sure he gave me the maximum compensation. He recommended a second opinion with one of his doctors to give the case more value. That demonstrates that he credibility in workers compensation. I am very satisfied with the results.

Attorney working for the people
Treated fairly by the attorney. He always stayed on point and if anything changed he told me. The attorney was thorough and took his job very seriously and liked how he handled the case.
