While we attempt to help each person who has been the victim of an accident -- work or auto -- there are cases where the facts or the law don't permit a fair recovery. For example, there may not be any insurance or enough insurance, or in a workers' compensation case, the injured person may not be eligible for workers' compensation benefits due to the work-status or the location of their accident. That is what happened here, and this is unfortunate because you, the client, have suffered because the facts and the law in your case don't permit a fair recovery. Terrible job
I was a client and this firm did not tell me they were not go handle my case any more the lawyer that we were up against call me to make an offer I said you need to call my lawyer he said they have dropped your case.

Unprofessional
Said he was going to help me with my case and then with no warning got a letter that he was dropping me. Called to find out why and wouldn't let me speak to him. Guessing my case wasn't profitable enough!
