My lifetime regret that I hired her
She would always say "YES I CAN, AND HAVE DONE MANY". I regret that i hired her with free consultation. I wasn't qualified for HI-B in spite having Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and studied here in USA. The actual law was that I needed to have a Master Degree to be qualified for H1-B. She di...
Sameera, your H-1B petition was denied because the position offered by your former employer did not include advanced job responsibilities. Your employer was not able to offer you a position with more advanced job duties. It was not because you did not have a master degree. It is a fact that we haven done many approved H-1B cases for nurse positions. However, we did not guarantee an approval. Indeed, no attorneys can guarantee an approval. Each case is different. We suggested you maintaining your lawful non-immigrant status before the H-1B approval. Because of your financial restriction, your made a decision to let your non-immigrant status lapse despite of being against our suggestions. Furthermore, you asked us to lower your attorney fees due to your financial status. We had sympathy on you. Therefore, we offered a very low fee schedule to you. All together, you paid us $1300, for which we have filed an H-1B petition, a response to H-1B RFE, and a motion for the denied H-1B petition. We have spent hours and hours of our time on researching, writing, and negotiating with your employer for your case. Indeed, we got the motion to reopen approved by the USCIS. However, upon a reconsideration, the USCIS eventually denied the case the second time. It was unfortunate that the USCIS denied your H-1B case. However, we truly tried our best to assist you.

over the past 10 years, my wife and I had all our immigration cases through Lucy. Back to 2007, when all EB categories ALL opened for 1 month window. No lawyer wanted to accept my wife's NIW (National Interest Waiver) case because her background were so weak and all attorneys wanted the easy money at...
Thank you, Jackey!!

Not trustworthy. Would not recommend
I wish I did more research before considering this attorney. Lucy failed to submit documents in a timely manner that negatively impacted my immigration status. My case was not handled with care and I ended up wasting a lot of time and money on something that should not have been this expensive.
