I really have all my hopes on her lawyer’s and stuff. am very sorry and disappointed. On my immigration case. They didn’t even give me in out date on my case I pay them to get a police report so that I didn’t have to do it my self. And when I talk to the layer that Lucy assigned to the task She...
Rogelio, you paid us $500 to retrieve two police reports on November 4, 2020. In less than a week, we filed the requests with two different police stations for your police reports. We sent you a copy of our requests on November 9, 2020. So you knew that we have done the work. On November 17, 2020, one attorney from our office sent you an email explaining to you that the attorney spoke to both police stations. However, both police stations confirmed with the attorney that they were not able to locate your police reports which matched your description. We also forwarded you a copy of the police station's response in email on November 17, 2020. The attorney who worked on your case never told you that she could not do it because she was in a private investigator. We have all emails records indicating that she timely worked on your case and kept you posted on every steps. The police stations explained clearly to us that they were not able to locate your police reports which matched the name, locations, and time of your descriptions. We also timely communicated with you for the feedback of the police stations. We have all dated email correspondence from the attorney to you providing all timely updates and feedback from the police stations. It is an untrue statement from you saying "nevertheless they will took my money for it." and "never heard back from them".

We are not recommending Ms Lu's service and here is the reason why. Ms Lu was recommended by one of our friends. We worked with her on our marriage based green card case. During filing, they got my husband's father name wrong and didn't change it until we mentioned it until the 3rd time. Sin...
Audrey, I was not able to locate you as a client in our law firm. Therefore, I was not able to verify the statements you mentioned. However, I would like to clarify the following points: 1. The USCIS has restrictions to file the Service Requests to do case inquiries. Once we have done a case inquiry, the USCIS would not allow us to send another request for a few months. We simply can not help a client to file multiple service requests in less than 3-4 months. Filing a mandamus action lawsuit is a common way to push the USCIS to take actions on a case, which has been delayed by the USCIS, likes yours, for over 2 years. 2. We explain to each of our clients that we'll charge separate attorney fee for interviews if scheduled by the USCIS. If a client does not retain us for the interview, we would not appear in the interview but will remain as attorneys for the underlying cases. It does not mean that we'll terminate our service for the underlying petition because a client does not hire us for interview. It is a pure misunderstanding if you feel other ways.

She would always say "YES I CAN, AND HAVE DONE MANY". I regret that i hired her with free consultation. I wasn't qualified for HI-B in spite having Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and studied here in USA. The actual law was that I needed to have a Master Degree to be qualified for H1-B. She di...
Sameera, your H-1B petition was denied because the position offered by your former employer did not include advanced job responsibilities. Your employer was not able to offer you a position with more advanced job duties. It was not because you did not have a master degree. It is a fact that we haven done many approved H-1B cases for nurse positions. However, we did not guarantee an approval. Indeed, no attorneys can guarantee an approval. Each case is different. We suggested you maintaining your lawful non-immigrant status before the H-1B approval. Because of your financial restriction, your made a decision to let your non-immigrant status lapse despite of being against our suggestions. Furthermore, you asked us to lower your attorney fees due to your financial status. We had sympathy on you. Therefore, we offered a very low fee schedule to you. All together, you paid us $1300, for which we have filed an H-1B petition, a response to H-1B RFE, and a motion for the denied H-1B petition. We have spent hours and hours of our time on researching, writing, and negotiating with your employer for your case. Indeed, we got the motion to reopen approved by the USCIS. However, upon a reconsideration, the USCIS eventually denied the case the second time. It was unfortunate that the USCIS denied your H-1B case. However, we truly tried our best to assist you.
