I contracted this firm back in October 2021 for a car accident that I was involved in and was injured with 7 herniated disc I went back and forth to Dr for a few months and had to have the shots I advised them that I felt the treatments weren’t really effective and that the bills were running up I wa...s advised they would fight for me to at least walk away with some compensation for my pain and suffering I didn’t hear from them for six months after the insurance agreed to settle I had to call them and inform them that my bills they advised me they were handling hit collections and were being reported on my credit which they should have never let get that far.today I was finally paid out my settlement because I would not keep waiting on them to get the bills taken care of I’ll handle them on my own I’m looking over the documents and the firm still charged me the 40% after leaving me with accounts that went to collections and that I still have pay out of the little amount I was left with . I’m so frustrated and upset because I thought this firm would handle all of this which is why I contracted them and paid them most of the settlement amount at the end of the day they got more money than I did and I’m still having to pay the amounts to the Dr Er and imaging company out of my portion this firm is horrible and the way they never respond and follow up with clients I had to keep calling and following up

I came to the law firm after my car accident in July 2021 and it was recommended by someone whom has at least 2 cases with them. I felt like..."Okay, lets support a black firm", even though after deciding to go with them more then 2 people told me about bad reviews . I wanted to give them a change... as my story could be different from those previous clients. Things started off great and then started to go down with a lack of communication. I was understanding as these Covid-19 days/years have changed how we do business, but felt it showed us we just had to check-in more then ever. My case is still open but settled with me waiting for what would be a final payout depending on insurance (this started in April). Everyday for the last month my family has asked "have you heard anything" and the answer is no after calling, emailing and waiting for a callback or reply. I rated my experience right in the middle because that's how I feel....stuck in the middle of things. They could go good and then on the other side they could keep leaning toward bad.

My mom and I were involved in an accident in 2021 .It’s been okay working with this company (we’ve dealt with multiple persons).The communication can be off a lot of times , which is a main factor , however, once management reaches out things start to move along quicker. I enjoyed working with Ms. Mo...on she was very efficient and prompt. Being new to how this works she made me feel very comfortable and facilitated our needs with care.
