This law firm is very unorganized and unprofessional. You cannot get in contact with anyone after they take your case and have you going to all these therapy sessions and doctor's appointments. They lost so much of my documentation for my case I had to resend everything give them dates all over again... after 2 months of them already supposedly starting my case. From the time they took my case they had did nothing they said they were going to do they are very unprofessional and their staff seems like they need to go back to school. I end up finding another attorney who took my case and they are working in my favor I will not advise anyone to hire this firm they are terrible. Like I said unprofessional unorganized and really don't care about their clients it's about the money you can tell that very clearly

I must say Matthew was very concerned. After that Aisha Washington has been ducking and dodging me since October my accident was in June 2033. Lies , lies and more lies. How do you pay Caresource a state medicaid program. Hired this firm after a representative came to see me in the ICU. Sounded like they were going to help me with the bills and car claim. Three weeks in and so far no claim has been made or verified other party was at fault. The one person I have talked tonis a 3rd party representative and they asked m...e to get my bill total and said if it's to high they can't let me keep going to Dr's for treatment. Excuse me!! Also had to make a claim with my insurance just so car wouldn't be considered abandoned by tow lot because they have heard from anyone as well. Seriously finding another firm. RUN!!!!
