I contacted Attorney Kelly to assist me with a discrimination lawsuit against the State of Georgia. They retaliated against me and forced me out 10 months before I could retire and start drawing a pension! I am an older woman who has a chronic health condition! Now, I have lost my chance of ever getting compensated for my pain and suffering!!! I wish that I could have found a more competent attorney. He was the only attorney that I could afford. My sister loaned me $5000 to pay Attorney Kelly. I feel that it was a waste of money. When I confronted him about the mistakes he made, he responded that he spent extra time on my case. Spending extra time on a job doesn’t justify mistakes! I spend extra time on my job all of time. However, that does not justify any mistakes that I may make. I paid him to do a job. That job was to help me sue DCA to get my pension and compensate me for my pain and suffering. Unfortunately, He was unsuccessful at that job!
