Matthew was incredibly responsive to my needs and got specific answers I needed for a legal issue very quickly. I am a private investigator in the Atlanta area that specializes in criminal defense cases. I have the opportunity to work with many attorneys and wanted to take a moment to recognize Matt's recent dismissal of a client charged with armed robbery. The client was himself a victim of a burglary and was... only attempting recover his own belongings when he found himself charged with a felony. It was because of the constant level of personal involvement in the clients case that Matt was able to get the case dismissed at the preliminary hearing. Getting a dismissal that early on is rare and usually unobtainable. I commend Matt for the job he did and more than than that...I commend Matt for being the type of Attorney that stays in contact with his clients and or their family's. Many attorneys are great in court, it is the "hands on digging in deep" through the duration of the case that separates Matt from many lawyers. Congratulations to Matt for being able to get the case resolved and his client out of jail after several weeks of waiting for his preliminary hearing.

I've sought legal counsel from Mr. McNally on multiple occasion. He has EXCEEDED my expectations every time! He was able to have my DUI case completely dismissed and a separate case reduced without having to pay any fines, incur probation, or any other impositions. Whenever I need to speak with ...him he has always been readily available, even on the weekend and outside "regular" business hours. He has made himself so available that sometimes I feel bad for asking him some stupid legal question at 9p.m. on a Saturday!! Simply put, he goes above and beyond. He will handle your case with respect, answer your questions with prompt and real courtesy and he speaks to you like a person, not like a client thats been passed down the legal machine. I have had the misfortune to need Mr. McNally’s services twice in the recent past. He took every parent’s nightmare and turned it into a manageable situation. He responded quickly to my family’s needs and reassured me immediately just by explaining what to expect and what needed to be done going fo...rward. He is the complete antithesis of the typical attorney stereotype. He is honest, very knowledgeable of how the “system” works, compassionate, and fair. He called me back on a Sunday and got the ball rolling that very day. He quoted a price for his services and even though the case was drawn out over a year, the price remained the same and the result was the best possible outcome. Through his expertise in dealing with prosecutors and judges, he was able to take a second offense and have an equally positive outcome in a situation that could have and should have gone the other way. He is a Godsend and I would highly recommend him to anyone involved with a drug or DUI arrest, or any other type of arrest within his specialty. My underage daughter (19 years old) was arrested by Smyrna Police with a DUI, MIP, driving without a driver’s license on her person and speeding (57 in a 35). In a panic, I called Matthew McNally. H...e called me back very quickly after I left a message and explained all of my options – including not hiring an attorney. I was impressed with the quick response and that HE called me, not an assistant. He was extremely responsive to me and to my daughter, over the phone, via email and via text. I think these attributes helped him in court negotiating with the police, prosecutor and judge. He was able to get the underage DUI reduced to Reckless Driving and got the other 3 charges dropped.
