Liar and incompetent!
He was quick to get my money and once I paid him, he did not care about my case at all! He lied to me through text, over the phone and did not file the proper paperwork in Court!

Incompetent Attorney
Richard V. Merritt failed to serve the defendant in my personal injury case, he lied to me via text message and told me he was waiting to depose the defendant. Needless to say my personal injury case was dismissed, Merritt never informed me and refused to provide me with my legal files and pleadings...
