I got stopped because I had an outdated tag and decal as well as no proof of insurance. I was really scared since this could be considered a felony in some places and I did not want it on my driving record and did not want to start a criminal record! After looking at his reviews online, I thought, ...is it possible he could do this for me? I hired him and, all out interactions went off without a hitch and the charges were dismissed. I fealt like a million bucks though the law fees and court fees were only a fraction of that. You want him on your side.

Matt was a referral from someone who'd known someone else who'd used his services. I had a traffic violation and was facing a fine, points and general unpleasantness. As someone with a spotless driving record and an aversion to being in trouble, I realized that having legal representation was the bes...t way for me to go. Matt was professional and kind, and we handled about 95 percent of the business by phone or email. I met him once and felt comfortable and relieved about the type of counsel he recommended and would provide. Because of his professional relationships in the justice system, my problems seemed to dissipate i.e., there was no fine and the offense was dropped to being non-reportable: my insurance wouldn't be affected. I was so much at ease that I forgot about the court date because he was going to be there in my stead. Not having to worry about something like that put my mind at ease, and I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem. He's not slick, and I didn't think he was trying to be clever. Matt's just a really nice and genuine guy, and I'm glad that our paths crossed. He also explained things to me more than once, and I liked that he was so patient. I was still dealing with the shock of my accident, and I don't think I processed things as quickly as I usually do. More than anything I needed the reassurance that things were going to be ok, and Matt provided that. He was also sure to give me the best and worst case scenarios, so I didn't feel as if anything were being hidden or not explained. The other thing that convinced me to go with him was his Facebook page: there wasn't anything crazy on it. Yes, I'm a Gen X-er who believes some things shouldn't be there for the world to see. If you have a legal problem, please use Matt. If ever I were to get into a legal situation again, I'd call him without a second thought.

I was very pleased to have worked with Mr. McNally. He handled my cases in an efficient manner and was able to get the results that I expected at a reasonable price. I am now a lisenced driver again because of him after being on suspension for five years. I would highly recommend him to anyone. It wo...uld be a pleasure to work with him again.

After my son got a speeding ticket on 285, I searched for an Atlanta area lawyer via AVvo. Two responded, but Mr. McNally told me I did not need a lawyer, what to say and ask for in court, and offered his help only if the outcome was not satisfactory. I was impressed by his integrity in offering me... helpful consultation and accurate insight about the court without my actually hiring him. This is a good man, and should I need a lawyer in Atlanta in the future, I will contact him. Incidentally, we followed his advice and the speeding charge was reduced.
