Very Incompetent Lawyer
I had a very bad experience with this lawyer. I would not recommend her to anyone. In seeking advice from other attorneys since my bad experience, it seems that I am not alone in my negative experience with this attorney.

Rita Cherry review. "Grossly incompetent"
Without a doubt the laziest, most incompetent lawyer I have ever encountered. Failed to even request evidence under discovery that I had asked her to. Failed to advise me of my rights. Failed to explain to me the consequences of a plea.
