Attorney Pandeli was amazing! He gave me a better price than any other attorney I called and was even wiling to work with me on a payment plan so it would be possibly financially. He was extremely knowledgable about the entire process, told me exactly what to expect for each step of the process. He... was very honest with me about my evidence file and made sure it was fail proof before it was submitted. There was zero time lag, as soon as my file was ready, he submitted it right away and I got confirmation from immigration that my case was in process within a few weeks. I was concerned with my marriage being a gay wedding if that created any additional challenges, but he told me exactly what immigration was looking for and helped me get all the documents I needed. He was able to help get my advanced parole travel permission in just 3 1/2 months. I had some issues with the affidavit of support because immigration did not like my tax returns, but he helped me amend them and get them corrected. He explained to me not to worry because we will keep fighting until we win, and we did. The best part about working with Pandeli is I never felt like just an immigration case, he genuinely cared about my situation and cared about me as a person and my adjustment of status being successful. I hired Pandeli's firm to do my fiance's visa. The application was complete and sent to immigration within a week of hiring. Both him and his assistant were super involved and told us not what we wanted to hear but what we needed to hear. I once called him at 10:15 at night. He picked up! Honestly, initially he wouldn't take my business work visa case because he was too busy and told me he would wait fo...r his case load to decrease so he could make sure he could perform a through job. About 4 weeks passed and I called again and he I got the help I needed. He was very diligent with the pursuit of the labor certification I was looking for. Will use him again for my citizenship paperwork.

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this lawyer. I had a contract dispute with Quiznos.
