This law firm is a scam. I told him everything about my husbands immigration case and in a “free” consultation he makes it seems like he can help the he calls me 17 hours later quitting and still took $900 out of the 2300 I gave him upfront and quit the case. He said he didn’t know he had an order of... removal. For those who don’t know an order of removal is public information and if he had looked into the case when we’re talking like every other lawyer did he would have saw that but he lied to take my money after doing absolutely no work for the case. RUN!!!!!

This glaring lapse not only jeopardized my chances of a successful outcome but also shattered my trust in their competence and commitment to my case. Communication throughout the ordeal was sparse and inadequate, leaving me feeling neglected and abandoned during a time of immense significance. In the aftermath of this ordeal, I was left with no choice but to seek alternative representation to rectify the situation—a costly and stressful endeavor that could have been avoided with proper diligence and professionalism on Mr.Pandeli's part. I would caution anyone considering Mr.Pandeli for their immigration needs to proceed with caution and thoroughly evaluate their reliability and dedication to client care. Red flag (I missed) when you can only input your information and the attorney does not have a brick and mortar office and you don't know where to find them and you are only told "we are in the Metro area. Pros: Nothing to write home about. Cons: Failure to attend crucial citizenship interview. Poor communication and follow-up. Lack of accountability and professionalism. PS: I have reported the issue to the state Bar Association and am awaiting a favorable ruling.

Attorney Pandeli was amazing! He gave me a better price than any other attorney I called and was even wiling to work with me on a payment plan so it would be possibly financially. He was extremely knowledgable about the entire process, told me exactly what to expect for each step of the process. He... was very honest with me about my evidence file and made sure it was fail proof before it was submitted. There was zero time lag, as soon as my file was ready, he submitted it right away and I got confirmation from immigration that my case was in process within a few weeks. I was concerned with my marriage being a gay wedding if that created any additional challenges, but he told me exactly what immigration was looking for and helped me get all the documents I needed. He was able to help get my advanced parole travel permission in just 3 1/2 months. I had some issues with the affidavit of support because immigration did not like my tax returns, but he helped me amend them and get them corrected.
