My son was in a car wreck were he broke his back. The driver of the other car was at fault. We are from north Alabama and knew no one in the Atlanta / Athens area. We first reached to an "TV" attorney but did not receive the attention we needed. We were referred to Michael from an attorney from home. We called Michael and he came to the hospital that day. From the very start we felt like we were the number one priority. My son received a settlement to cover his lost wages and get him back on his feet. We were very pleased with the job Michael performed.

Car accident

Michael and his firm did an awesome job to get everything resolved with both insurance companies , and got all the hospital and doctors bills paid … he fought hard to get all the money needed for me …I will highly recommended them to anyone that needs there services … .

The Best!

Amazing, professional and a hard working attorney

Amazing Experience

Attorney Michael Ruppersburg and his staff were absolutely amazing! By far the best call I could have made was to them. They treated me with compassion and as a priority. They were very caring and professional. I never had to worry or be concerned about the status of my case because I was always kept well informed; Michael would give me continuous updates via email or he would call me himself. There were many times that I had questions that I would email him and he would always answer them very promptly. I was involved in a wreck in November 2018 and my case was settled in June 2019 but keep in mind that not all cases can be resolved that quickly but know that they are constantly working hard for you. Do not ever try to take on an insurance company by yourself, Michael is very knowledgeable and knows how to deal with these companies and their attorney's that will greatly benefit you in the end. If I ever find myself in the same situation again, I will not hesitate to call Michael. I highly recommend Attorney Michael Ruppersburg!

Excellent Customer Service

Fantastic lawyer!

I cannot say enough good about Michael. From our very first meeting until my case was fully settled, he kept me up to date with everything that was going on. Even though my case seemed complicated to me, Michael was able to explain it in simple language while representing my best interest at every turn. I was also an active participant and not just ‘the client’. While Michael would offer his professional advice and opinion, it was always clear that I had final decision making authority in my case. Knowing you have a true professional on your side who is guiding you through the often confusing process makes this easy. Ads for lawyers often hype how they will ‘fight’ for their clients. Michael made it clear in both word and actions that he was solely concerned about what was in my best interest. I hope I never need a lawyer’s professional services again, but if I do, I know who I’ll call.

A Great lawyer

I had a really good experience with my lawyer Michael Ruppersburg. This was my first lawsuit and I have no complaints about Michael Ruppersburg or his office or staff. If i called or emailed I got a reply usually the same day. He was always very straight forward with me. No matter my questions I had for him whether I thought they were stupid, he didn't. He explained everything to me that I had asked of him, during different stages of my case. If I didn't understand something he would explain it. For my first case and not knowing much, I felt really good and comfortable asking questions that I needed answers to. No question too big, too small or irrelevant if I asked it was answered. This was my first case and I hope my last.
