Dear Anonymous: This Is Attorney Terrence Bethune. I've represented no less than 10,000 clients in my 21 years of practicing law. I haven't always won. However, I have always been ethical and professional in all my 21 years of practicing law. It's impossible to defend myself or my firm against an "anonymous" typist, imposter, or jealous competitor of this magnitude. To be considered unethical is implying that one is dishonest, fraudulent or deceitful. The telephone number to call if you ever have an unethical experience with me or my firm is 911. The agency to report an unethical and unprofessional attorney is the State Bar of Georgia. Each of those forums will require you to reveal your true identity to state your libelous slander against me and allow me to properly defend my name and my firm's reputation. The reason you didn't take that route is because this is untrue. Dear Readers: I notice that this "anonymous" typist does not state that I've ever personally spoken with them or personally withheld any information or personally wronged them, however they've captioned their review as Unethical Attorney. Medical bills come from medical doctors, not my office. We have an open door policy at our beautiful office, located at 1075 Peachtree Street. Atlanta, Georgia. We've been there for many years now and offer our clients 5 star service and treatment. All clients are always welcome to meet with us (me) and the security check-in station in our building has been entering in visitor's information into the computer system for the last 10 years which will prove we have client visitors almost daily. No appointment is ever necessary. We sign up injured client's in our office, at their job, in their home, at the hospital or doctor's office seven days a week, whichever is easiest for the injured client. All clients have my office contact information and my personal cell phone number. If this "anonymous" typist left us and went to a "reputable firm" then the new "reputable firm" would have immediately contacted me so I can transfer over their entire file to the new "reputable firm." By the way, we are a reputable firm that is highly respected and truly invested in the community far greater than all other firms. We routinely feed the homeless and sponsor adults and kids youth leagues, concerts, events, Thanksgiving turkey giveaways, 12 days of Christmas giveaways, Hawks & Falcons tickets giveaways, Back to School supplies, and Teacher of Month giveaways at Bethune Elementary and Bethune Middle School. We represent everyday citizens and celebrities alike. Again, the State Bar of Georgia handles all investigations of lawyers. My firm has never been investigated for unethical behavior or for being unprofessional, or investigated at all. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU HIRE ME? I am no cream puff or pushover lawyer. I will fight for you until the very end. I will not be bullied or intimidated by any "anonymous" typist, insurance companies or any competitor. We are not perfect people. If me or my staff ever make a mistake, I will personally own it, humbly apologize and learn from it. I can't be everywhere at once, but I try my best. I can't do it all alone, therefore I heavily rely upon my compassionate and professional staff of mostly mothers of young children. If they ever have a bad day, please forgive them and do let me personally know. I spend 10k a month on my office at 1075 Peachtree Street, tens of thousands of dollars each month on my staff and tens of thousands of dollars each month advertising on the radio and on billboards. I do it all for you, my clients that I truly love, respect and cherish. I give my clients the very best of me, through preparation and professionalism.
