Lynne Marie Fleming

I felt like she did a good job representing my son in his criminal case. I wish however, that she had stayed in contact with us a little more often. But I do understand why she didn't or couldn't. Mainly, because he was incarcerated so long before he went to court. She seemed caring and she did try ...to answer our questions. She did a lot of research to find the right prison to fit his needs and asked the Judge that he be sent there. Which was she granted. I don't think he would have found another court appointed lawyer, who would have done that for him, in all of Savannah, GA. Like him, his case was unusual and had special circumstances. In saying that, I think God had a hand in putting all of us together. I am thankful and feel blessed that God had Lynne representing my son. Wish he didn't get the sentence he got, but I know it could have been worse. In my opinion, she is one of the better Criminal attorneys in Savannah, and I know this because I use to be a Paralegal there many years ago.

I am in the military and got charged with felony invasion of privacy. I hired Lynne early 2014 after reading her website description. This was a relief because it feels pretty hopeless in there and communication with the outside is limited. Lynne filed a motion with the courts that got me released much earlier than expected as well. Lynne was able to work out a very nice plea deal for me. It was a relief to have such a competent attorney that works well with the DA. After my judgement was settled in court, Lynne further assisted me in renegotiating the special terms of my probation after the initial terms were too broadly interpreted by my probation officer. Lynne worked with the DA to make sure my terms did not prevent me from my military duties, such as firing my weapon in the scope of my duties or using a computer. In conclusion, Lynne wants your life to continue after the rough spots and fights for a favorable outcome to make sure that happens. I would use Lynne's services again and reccomend her as your next choice as an attorney, especially for felony charges.

Ms. Fleming is a wonderful attorney. I felt safe talking to her and bringing anything up that dealt with the case. She was nice and reassuring, which is great for someone my age. (Early 20's).
