contated a great attorney in Birmingham, Alabama as I was having an issue with license in Georgia. I called an attorney that he referred me to and it happened to be Kevin Fisher. In 1978, about 45 years ago, I received a ticket in Marietta, Georgia. It was not until a few weeks ago this unresolved ticket came back to haunt me. I now live in a different state and tried to get a new license. Unfortunately, I was not able to get one. I was able to get in touch with Mr. Fis...her and he was able to guide me. He contacted several courts and also the Department of Driver Services in order to track down the ticket and the right clerk’s office. He was able to get the matter resolved and now I have my license. Thank you Kevin for all of your efforts and diligence in seeing my issue to a great ending.

I contacted Kevin and he said he would call back. I did not hear back from him. I reached out to him again and he apologized for not getting back to me. He took responsibility for not calling me back right away but had an explanation as to why. Very honest of him. He listened to my driver’s lic...ense issue and what I had been struggling with at the Georgia DMV. He immediately went to work on my case without even asking for a retainer to be paid. He made several contacts with the Georgia DMV legal department and each time they responded, Kevin provided me an update. He also contacted the head of the department that could potentially make a decision in my favor. Unfortunately, not much could be done. Kevin exhausted every avenue for me and not once asking for payment. Kevin and I spoke about payment and he said that he just wanted to “pay it forward” as he learned that I am a veteran from the war serving in the Navy and I had dealt with post-war issues and post-marriage issues as well. I was driving on limited permit and then received a citation. I thought it was not a big deal at all. However, after I paid the ticket, I later learned that my permit was now cancelled and privileges were suspended. Not sure what to do, where to look, who to contact, I contacted a few attorneys. ...They all said the judge that presided over the ticket I paid for is not a great judge. Based on my experience in dealing with attorneys, this is not what you expect. It is great to know there are attorneys out there that care about their clients and will do whatever they can, even against the odds, to make things right and get a great outcome. I live out of state and drive a truck for a living and don’t know much about how the law works when it comes to tickets. I paid two tickets and then I found out my license was going to be suspended causing me to not be able to make money and live. I really had no idea what to do. I researched at...torneys in the Atlanta area and found Kevin Fisher. Immediately when I spoke to Kevin he was genuinely concerned and really wanted to help me and figure out how I could keep driving. I received these tickets in a small town and Kevin happened to have a good relationship with the prosecutor and court staff. Kevin knew that I did not have any money to pay him, but he helped me anyway. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He spent a lot of time on my case and was able to get the two citations changed even after I plead guilty. The change in tickets resulted in charges that would not be reported to the DMV. I thought I was in the clear. But, not so fast. Because the original guilty pleas were reported to my home state, my license was going to be permanently suspended. Again, Kevin when beyond the call of duty and got on the phone with my home state DMV and me several times to try to get the issues corrected. He was able to get the court staff to send a letter to inform my DMV that my tickets should not have been reported and lift the pending permanent suspension. Sure enough, it worked and I am able to keep driving and make a living. I honestly do not know what to say about Kevin. He is good lawyer, really cares, wants to make things right and does not take “no” for an answer. I am truly thankful for finding him as without him, I do not know where I would be today.
