Anna Molberg is an associate attorney with The Fogle Law Firm in Atlanta. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English from Emory University in 2010, where she worked as an editor at the school’s newspaper. She earned her juris doctorate at Georgia State University College of Law in 2014 and is a Georgia licensed attorney. During law school, Anna completed a research paper on LGBTI asylum applicants in the U.S. She was also awarded Georgia State’s Highest Pro Bono Distinction. Prior to working with The Fogle Law Firm, Anna gained significant employment based immigration experience working in the business immigration practice groups of the major national law firms, Littler Mendelson, P.C. and Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
She handles a wide variety of employment-based immigration petitions, including PERM, EB-1, EB-2/3, L-1, H-1, TN, O-1, J-1, and Requests for Evidence. Anna is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
