About Dina
Biography
Born and raised in Siberia, Dina Khismatulina began her legal career after earning a law degree from Tomsk State University in 1999. She worked as in-house counsel for an internet media company and then for a subsidiary of Gazprom JSC (1999–2002), concentrating on contracts, corporate governance, and antitrust. Dina later practiced civil litigation and bankruptcy in Moscow before relocating to Atlanta in 2003. There she worked as a paralegal across several practice areas, became a U.S. citizen in 2008, and completed an LLM at Emory University School of Law in 2013, actively participating in student governance and international law activities. After passing the bar she joined The Manely Firm in 2014 and now serves as Managing Attorney. Admitted in Russia and Georgia, Dina is a member of international law organizations, has been honored repeatedly by Gwinnett Magazine and Super Lawyers, and serves in leadership roles with local bar sections and Global Atlanta. She resides in Sandy Springs with her husband and children and plays competitive tennis.

Successfully represented the Client and filed Reply Brief so the appeal on the decision of the trial court was denied
Dina served as a lead counsel in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and was able to successfully prove three separate Hague Convention defences including grave risk so the children could stay in the United States
