I had been back and forth to court for years with my ex (nightmare) over our kids before I finally found Andrea. She has been THE most thoughtful and detailed attorney I have ever met. Finally felt like someone understood my side of things and most importantly knew the best way to approach my case wi...th our judge to put a stop to the madness and move on. Forever grateful.

If you have high expectations for an attorney to be timely and responsive. Would not recommend. If you have expectations of an attorney using 75% of your retainer and then withdrawing without notice or reason. Would again not recommend. Left me in bad situation for over a month by not withdrawing fro...m the court as well.

All I can say is I came in with joint custody and child support, left out with no parental rights and no support. And she quit on me to boot. Now I have to hire a new lawyer. I'm also out of $3,000. And I had to pay my sons father lawyer fees of $2000. I don't even live in Georgia and my son is livin...g with relatives. So he's without support and without his mom and dad.And dad gets to walk free and clear of his support obligations and parental obligations. What a wonderful country we live in! My son will be lucky if he gets a penny from dad now. After I've fought for 5 years to get only one year of child support from dad. Who is a millionaire btw. Just thought I'd add that. And my son is being told that he cannot tell me where his dad is.

we recently had Andrea represent my fiancé in his divorce and child custody case. We did our research online for lawyers and found that so many were just too expensive and seemed money hungry when we called. We live in Barrow county, the divorce caser was in Banks county and she is in Gwinnett County.... She said she didn’t just service one area and that she was able to represent us in Banks county. I found Andrea on Avvo actually and then found her Facebook too. I called her and left a voicemail. she returned my call within the same hour and right off the bat she was so helpful. she allowed me to tell her about his situation without interruption and gave me so much advice and so many scenarios of outcomes to prepare for. His situation was different as his now ex-wife had filed for a divorce through publication in May of 2016. He answered the ad and since that hearing and no lawyers it was dragged out. the ex-didn’t reach out so he reached out to her to see the kids. they have two kids together ages 3 and 2 that he hadn't seen. Having Andrea was crucial because we needed representation so that he could have the time he wanted and deserved with his kids. although we didn't get Sole primary due to circumstances they had against each other we settled for joint. She was very aggressive in getting him unsupervised visitation so that he could get to know his kids and vice versa away from the moms presence. I honestly loved Andrea and her professionalism! Some things took a while but that was mainly on the other parties’ lawyer and her lack of communication with our lawyer. we hired Andrea in March 2017 and he is now divorce in May 2017 and able to see his kids more now than before. I couldn't thank her enough for everything.

Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Friendly staff! Andrea was able to inform me of details about how my case will go and roughly how long the process will take (given everything goes according to plan)!
