Let me try and give the most honest review I can of Mr. Timothy... the good and the bad!! And I've talked to many attorneys before deciding on him. First of all, I love him!! Once you talk to him, you will know why. He emits such confidence, assurance and knowledge and he's so straightforward! You can tell he's from Atlanta... so that's the initial good! Another good is that his staff, which does consists of other attorneys are very impressive as well! The bad is that I didn't get to talk to Mr. Timothy as much as I thought going into my case. Granted, my case wasn't that serious and I did get my case dismissed (by his staff, they are so awesome) but I didn't get to talk to Mr. Timothy as much as I thought I was going too, when I did when I first signed up to allow him to represent me, but I give him (and his staff) 5 stars because I got what I wanted, which is my case dismissed, for a reasonable price. His prices are mid grade, he's not cheap but he's not ultra expensive and I do understand he has a lot of clients or whatever, but still, I would have like to have had more attention from him personally, anyhow. I would recommend him and I would hire him again, no doubt about that. I can tell he's in high demand and I do really appreciate Mr. Timothy, I'm just saying, don't forget about us while you handling those murder trials and all on TV Mr. Timothy!! I see you! And thank you!

I found Mr. Timothy to be extremely well informed on my situation. I did consult other attorneys, but I hired Mr. Timothy because he seemed more personable and genuinely cared about what was going on with my son. Overall, I am extremely pleased with our outcome. Definitely recommend!

I hired Tim for a case I needed help with, and was fighting for a year. After the year past, we finally got the verdict we wanted!! I didn’t go to jail which was the main concern. I really appreciate the help they provided for me!

First off let me say Tim was the only lawyer to dial and speak to me directly regarding my summons! I contacted a half dozen law offices for assistance in my case. I was on assignment for work in GA and was stopped and cited for a traffic violation in my company vehicle. I was traveling out of state, so I knew it would be extremely difficult to appear in court for the summons. Tim advised me if he represented me, I would not need to appear and he would fight for a desirable result from beginning to end. Tim was confident he would either get my case dismissed or reduced. Outcome was favorable in the end even though it was not dismissed unfortunately. If ever in Atlanta GA, I would definitely recommend and hire Tim! He is extremely personable, keeps you abreast of the process, and helps you understand the legal process to get to the best solution! Good work Tim! I appreciate everything! Hired Timothy in August of 2021 and as of 2023 only thing this Man did Months after I hired him many months was put in a motion that he was my Sons Attorney have never showed up to no court Dates.... not one..... yes I reported his behind.... still nothing

I contacted Mr McCalep in Feb of 2020 to represent me in a case...calls not returned! When he did show up to zoom court he was late and getting dressed with the camera on!!! Smh after that he didn't update me on the out come of that day! A few weeks later I contacted him to inform him I was moving ..called to check on case?? Learned that his number was no longer in service and went to his website and found out he is "Permanently Closed" !! He has my money and left me with an open case and no info!! Call the State Bar!

I hired this attorney to take on my accident case; after my ticket was thrown out. Attorney McCaleb asked for the case; I only hired him to get the ticket thrown out, which he did. The problem began when I was assigned Attorney Alex Jackson. The first impression was not a good one via phone; due to him telling me that I was not going to get a million dollars, which I knew. But it's not what he said, but how he said it. I was informed that the attorney would contact me right away, but he didn't; so I contacted Attorney McCaleb and he asked Attorney Jackson to call me, which seems to have upset him. I spoke to this attorney one other time; a month after our initial discussion and that was it. I have called for an update on at least 5 occasions in 3 months; he did not return one call, which I believe is unprofessional and disrespectful. It was as if my case was not good enough for this attorney. I found another attorney and fired this law firm; due to lack of follow up. The new attorney began immediately and included me in the emails and faxes that he sent out on my behalf. All I wanted was to be kept in the loop concerning my case, but they were not able to do that. The majority of their reviews consist of criminal cases; which makes since because they obviously have no knowledge on how to handle an auto accident case or least from my experience; they don't.
