First off let me say Tim was the only lawyer to dial and speak to me directly regarding my summons! I contacted a half dozen law offices for assistance in my case. I was on assignment for work in GA and was stopped and cited for a traffic violation in my company vehicle. I was traveling out of state,... so I knew it would be extremely difficult to appear in court for the summons. Tim advised me if he represented me, I would not need to appear and he would fight for a desirable result from beginning to end. Tim was confident he would either get my case dismissed or reduced. Outcome was favorable in the end even though it was not dismissed unfortunately. If ever in Atlanta GA, I would definitely recommend and hire Tim!
