Timothy Orman McCalep

I contacted Mr McCalep in Feb of 2020 to represent me in a case...calls not returned! When he did show up to zoom court he was late and getting dressed with the camera on!!! Smh after that he didn't update me on the out come of that day! A few weeks later I contacted him to inform him I was moving .....called to check on case?? Learned that his number was no longer in service and went to his website and found out he is "Permanently Closed" !! He has my money and left me with an open case and no info!! Call the State Bar!

I would like to thank this guy for getting a warrant removed from my name and getting another court date set. He said the case will be dismissed on another date to which I pray it does. So far so good. He told me not to worry about getting arrested and it was the truth. Thanks Attorney Tim. I also hi...red this attorney for a car wreck that I was involved in. He did a great job of keeping me up to date and cc me in every email that was sent back and forth between him and the adjuster. I ended up getting a wonderful settlement just in time for Christmas. Again Thanks.

I hired this attorney to take on my accident case; after my ticket was thrown out. Attorney McCaleb asked for the case; I only hired him to get the ticket thrown out, which he did. The problem began when I was assigned Attorney Alex Jackson. The first impression was not a good one via phone; due to ...him telling me that I was not going to get a million dollars, which I knew. But it's not what he said, but how he said it. I was informed that the attorney would contact me right away, but he didn't; so I contacted Attorney McCaleb and he asked Attorney Jackson to call me, which seems to have upset him. I spoke to this attorney one other time; a month after our initial discussion and that was it. I have called for an update on at least 5 occasions in 3 months; he did not return one call, which I believe is unprofessional and disrespectful. It was as if my case was not good enough for this attorney. I found another attorney and fired this law firm; due to lack of follow up. The new attorney began immediately and included me in the emails and faxes that he sent out on my behalf. All I wanted was to be kept in the loop concerning my case, but they were not able to do that. The majority of their reviews consist of criminal cases; which makes since because they obviously have no knowledge on how to handle an auto accident case or least from my experience; they don't.

First off let me say Tim was the only lawyer to dial and speak to me directly regarding my summons! I contacted a half dozen law offices for assistance in my case. I was on assignment for work in GA and was stopped and cited for a traffic violation in my company vehicle. I was traveling out of state,... so I knew it would be extremely difficult to appear in court for the summons. Tim advised me if he represented me, I would not need to appear and he would fight for a desirable result from beginning to end. Tim was confident he would either get my case dismissed or reduced. Outcome was favorable in the end even though it was not dismissed unfortunately. If ever in Atlanta GA, I would definitely recommend and hire Tim! He is extremely personable, keeps you abreast of the process, and helps you understand the legal process to get to the best solution! Good work Tim! I appreciate everything!
