Best Criminal Defense Attorney

Mr. Habachy is a dedicated and persevering attorney. He is committed to helping his clients and goes the extra mile to ensure they receive the best representation. I knew Mr. Habachy before using his service and I was always impressed with his knowledge, skill, dedication and drive when it came to ...helping others. When I needed legal assistance I had no second thoughts as to where to turn for help. During a very turbulent time for me and my family, we were able to maintain a sense of calm knowing I had the very best representation. Mr. Habachy was clear in explaining my situation to me in terms I was able to understand and took away the overwhelming fear and anxiety I was feeling. He was always available for consult and easy to reach. He was also very compassionate to my situation. I really felt he was on my side and absolutely there to do his best to help me. In the end, due to Mr. Habachy’s expertise, I was able to get into a pre-trial diversion program where upon community service I could have my record expunged. He was able to get the service hours down to something I could complete in a reasonable amount of time and my record has been cleaned. I’m now able to work and serve in my community without fear of a record that would have stood in the way. I can’t thank Mr. Habachy enough for all he did for me. I will be forever grateful. He is the absolute best criminal defense attorney. If a friend or loved one is ever in need of legal assistance, I’m directing them straight to Mr. Habachy.

Best Lawyer; high integrity

Mr. Habachy sucessfully represented our teenage son in a complicated criminal defense case. Mind you, he was the third defense lawyer on our case. The previous attorney adamantly told my family that a plead was the best deal. The plead, would have resulted in 10 years imprisonment and 10 years prob...ation. You can't imagine the pain and agony our family went through unless you have traveled down such a road. Mr. Habachy was God sent. He told us he would take the case and do everything he could to unravel the mess our son was up against. I tell you, the case suddenly went into motion. We had more traction then ever. Mr. Habachy was there every step of the way. He provided the right level of details needed to make an informed, but yet difficult decisions. We were grateful for his sound professional guidance. He kept us level headed given our emotional turmoil, and we never felt rushed or pressured to come up with life changing decisions on the fly. He provided key facts that would make or break the case and was extremely knowledgeable and diligent about the ins and outs of the case. He followed through on every milestone and ensured nothing was missed. Our perception is that Mr. Habachy represented our son as if he was his. Even if the outcome would have been unfavorable, we were extremely satisfied with Mr. Habachy representation. Thanks be to God, Mr. Habachy won the case and our son came home. Like I say to my husband, I will say to you "every family needs a Joe Habachy for times like these.

Best lawyer I had!

When I needed Joe Habachy not only for myself but my brother most of the times Mr. Habachy was there to help me without any doubts or questions. He is very reliable and especially trustworthy. Never left me standing in the dark.he doesnt put my hopes up nor down.very straight up guy.Always cheered me... up when I thought there is no hope in my case/brothers case and proofed me right.I wish I would had a lawyer like him now up here.

If it were not for the experience and care that Mr. Habachy, my son would not have a future.

Our previous attorney (highly recommended) had only one option for my son- jail and need more money to make it happen. We hired Mr. Habachy and My only regret is not finding him sooner! He discussed the details of my son’s case in a thorough, caring manner. Explained the charges, their strengths and... weaknesses, making sure we fully understood every aspect. I was able to contact him at any time with any questions or concerns and he replied to my emails& calls within minutes (which I greatly appreciate!). He kept me informed at each stage of the process. It was a very traumatic time in my life and he was just an amazing attorney to work with and helped me get through that time. He was able to negotiate the best possible outcome for my son. If it were not for the experience and care that Mr. Habachy, my son would not have a future. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone in need of legal representation. Mr. Habachy is very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and simply THE ONE OF THE BEST!!
