I hired Melville Johnson, PC because my human resources department completely botched my disability retirement application. They told me that I needed to have my Social Security Disability Insurance approved before they could file my application for disability retirement. That process took years, a...nd when we submitted my disability retirement application the Office of Personnel Management said I was too late.
