I am passionate about my clients. I believe the “practice of law” has been lost in the modern law practice. Other firms practice “the business of law.” They see clients as the value of their case and how much money can be collected for a settlement in the least amount of time. The practice of law focuses on the best interests of the client and serving their needs for the best possible result. The practice of law also focuses on achieving justice, which is offering clients a voice in a complicated legal system.
Other firms who take any case offered them are practicing a business model that forces them to quickly settle cases without becoming experts in the cases they represent. This means that justice is sacrificed because other firms haven’t developed the expertise or desire needed to achieve the highest value of the case. My clients are more than just the cases they represent. I am passionate about achieving justice for them.
I’ve spent over 25 years honing my craft in personal injury litigation. I was drawn to personal injury because I was fascinated by trial law. I enjoyed having the ability to change people’s lives. Medicaid and Truck Transportation companies and their insurance teams wield tremendous power over accident victims. I enjoy using my experience and expertise to provide power to people who would otherwise have no voice.
It’s a fighting spirit and tenacity I learned from my parents. As a boy working on my father’s farm, I learned the value of hard work and a determination to never give up.
