Attorney Stephen Vincent Bush is the WORST attorney that I have dealt with. He signed a contract with me to take my whole case and was paid in cash. This attorney abandoned my case and breached the contract. He even insulted me in his emails . He told me that he would leave my case and that is after ...he found a new Law firm and if I wanted to continue with him then I had to pay him 350 dollars per hour which is his new firm hourly rate. I paid him 1500 dollars plus court fees to take the whole case from A to Z and there was a written agreement so why would I pay him 350 per hour! Am not a US citizen and this attorney knows I wasn't residing in the US at the time he decided to leave my case. He sent the copy of motion for withdrawal to my US address so you can imagine that this would make me miss the 15 days given by the law to appose his motion for withdrawal and that is what I think is called a fraudulent act. I advise you to stay away form him. I am going to file a bar complaint against him and file malpractice suit also. This guy will ruine your case. The attorney received a judgment for defendant's failure to answer but refused to take the damages hearing although he promised in emails he was going to do the damages trial but after he was hired by this new law firm he decided to abandon my case unless I pay his law firm an hourly rate of 350 dollars. He also failed to request a no answer default judgment against the defendant for unknown reasons . He really damaged my case. I have to refile the case again and find a new attorney and lose more money. I am suffering because of him but will do whatever it takes to get my rights using legal procedures. He is LITERALLY the WORST attorney EVER. I rate him less than ZERO
