Stephen Vincent Bush

Stephen Bush is a Senior Associate with the firm in the Corporate and Technology law groups. His areas of concentration include corporate structure and transactions, technology transactions, blockchain, cryptocurrency payments, financial technology, regulatory compliance, data and information security practices and privacy matters and policies. Additionally, Stephen further advises clients with data privacy and protection practices and policies and transactional matters.

With a strong entrepreneurial background in the technology and entertainment industry, and in conjunction with a passion for bringing life to new ideas and innovation, Stephen helps clients navigate their way to business success. Prior to joining the firm, Stephen successfully operated an independent law practice.

A lifelong musician, Stephen was born in Atlanta and later lived in Western North Carolina and New Orleans during undergrad and law school, where music and culture have historically been intertwined into a way of life as unique as it is American. Through these experiences, Stephen carries into his practice an understanding of the importance of diversity, passion, and artistry within any endeavor, and that nothing worthwhile ever comes to life without a mix of all three. These principles are what allows Stephen to help his clients discover what it is that motivates them, and through his broad technical knowledge and legal understanding, he strives to help all his clients bring that motivation to life for the benefit of all.

Outside of the office Stephen enjoys playing music, tennis, golf, and hiking with his wife Susan and their dog Lexi.
