Attorney Alexander Hoffspiegel has chosen to focus his legal practice in personal injury law, working alongside his father to help people who have suffered serious or catastrophic injuries. He represents clients in medical malpractice, wrongful death, tractor-trailer accident, car accident, premises liability and sexual abuse cases.

The child of two attorneys, Alexander didn’t always plan to practice law—he started out in film school at American University in Washington, D.C. But, during a college summer spent working with his mother as she built a new practice, the law won him over. Today, he combines his film school experience with his legal education and practice experience to strengthen his trial presentation skills and enhance other areas of his legal practice.

Alexander graduated Cum Laude from the Georgia State University School of Law in June of 2013. While studying law, Alexander was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as an Honor Court Justice. In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Alexander also belongs to the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

In the fall of 2015, Alexander was selected as member of the 2015-2016 Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) Leadership Education & Advanced Direction (LEAD) class. GTLA President Darren Penn says the program “identifies many of the best and brightest young lawyers in our state” and prepares them for long and successful careers as leaders in the courtroom, their communities and our association.

A lifelong Georgia resident, Alexander grew up in Atlanta and met his wife at Georgia State University during law school. They currently live in Decatur with their dog, Oliver, and plan to raise their family in the Atlanta area. In the meantime, they’re taking advantage of the great opportunities for hiking and other outdoor activities the area offers.

Fantastic lawyer and staff!
This law firm is amazing! I am very grateful I found them and for the help I received from everyone at this firm. Everyone at the firm took the extra time needed for my case. My case was complicated and delayed in getting started due to the Covid pandemic, however Alex and his staff, worked hard and despite these obstacles were still able to get me the best possible outcome for my case. Helped us every step of the way
My wife suffered a severe injury as a result of negligence on the part of someone else. Alex and his team guided us through the process and were very helpful along the way. We had never been involved in a lawsuit before so we were dependent on Alex to let us know what was happening and why. At the end of a two year process we got the settlement we deserved and were very happy with the result. Completed my Car Accident
Alex took over my car accident from another attorney. I had lost all faith in having this case completed successfully. He and his staff kept in touch with me every step of the way and explained things to me so I understood what was happening. I was sent copies of everything for my files. We had practices of the deposition so when the deposition happened I knew what to expect and was prepared. I regained my trust in the legal profession and am pleased with my settlement. He's a blessing
Mr. Alexander is the greatest attorney. I didn't know much about the dealings of having a car accident then having to hire an attorney. He made sure I had the best of best care. He fought really hard for me with the insurance company, he kept me updated on everything. I can honestly say I trust him. His team is amazing as well. There was no second guessing with anything.
