I hired Jackie watterson t represent me on a possession of a firearm by a convicted felon,d.u.i,and a speeding charge.Ipaid Jackie Patterson 7500 dollars ,and did nothing.He promised I wouldn't do any jail time.I went to court in meriweather county 5 times.I had 7 months left on probation that wasn'...t violateduntil after I pleaded guilty on the D.U.I.I had to do the footwork to get the gun charge dropped. Jackie Patterson betrayed me in front of the judge and the D.A and allowed me to be arrestedwitout question about the probation violation in another county and left me and my family in the courthouse and told me that he would never represent me again because I had a bad attitude. The first court appearance he was late,the second court date he never showed up at all saying he was in court somewhere else,the 3rd time he was late again.The last Tim I was forced to lead guilty because Jackie told me that one way or another we would be resolving my case that day.Jackie works more to please the court system more than his client He's greasy and very unprofessional to black clients.Hire Jackie Patterson and you will hate you did.He is just another government official!!!

I called this attorney 2 days after being released on a charge with a crime I did not commit. This was on a Friday. He told me to meet him on Saturday at his firm to discuss the case. He showed up 35 min late because he was stuck in traffic. When he shows, he has a younger woman with him that he intr...oduces to me as his girlfriend. She is in the room while we discuss the case. He promised he would start working on a temporary protective order i had issued against me to get someone out of my home that wasn't suppose to be there. He told me he would represent me in both that and the aggravated assault charge. For the protective order he promised he would file a motion to move up the court date that Monday if I hired him that day. I cut him a check. Monday comes and I hear nothing from him. Tuesday I call him and he tells me he didn't go because he had other cases and that he would go the following day. He never worked on my case. Every time I contacted him over a two week span there was an excuse. The following excuse being that he had his daughter for spring break. With nothing being done to work my case and with court dates coming up I needed true representation and he wasn't it. I sought legal help somewhere else and hired someone else immediately. I sent a professional letter expressing my thoughts and how I didn't feel he was a fit for me and I fired him. I went to office to pick up the check I had given him and that was with $400 less. When I questioned him he said because he showed up to the office on his off day and had to drive in traffic. I didn't argue because I had bigger fish to fry. He worked on my case 0 hours and basically charged me for a consultation. BEWARE!!!!! Do not waste your time.

Came and hired Mr Patterson on a case that seemed like it had no ending. Mr Patterson was very adamant about beating the case and did everything he said he would do when he said he was going to do it. He made sure he visited the client whenever it was requested he also made sure he contacted the fam...ily with every detail that consisted of the case he stood up and stood out at every court date and for that his contact info will remain in my contact list. I definitely would highly recommend Patterson for any case. We went through two lawyers and as the old saying the third time is a charm we finally won with lawyer number three.
