Our son was charged for domestic violence by his ex-wife while he was on probation in another county in GA for another issue. He was arrested and she filed several charges against him which he was falsely imprisoned. After sitting in detention center for 1 1/2 yrs, he was offered to accept 8yrs inc...arceration with possible parole.
