Awesome!

Elizabeth was awesome! She helped me in every way I needed in order to complete all my applications; answer all of my 31418 questions; and always being available. I am really appreciative of her work and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.

Great experience

Elizabeth Garvish helped us get an H1B visa for our employee. She was sraightforward and clear about the potential difficulties with our case and diligent in addressing them. The visa came through and we were very happy with the services provided.

Great Attorney

Ms. Garvish did a great job with my H1-B work permit application. I was a little anxious before the beginning of the process just reading about all the requirements for the application, but I was very pleased to have Ms. Garvish as Attorney. Her knowledge and involvement in the entire process gave m...e some assurance that my case was in the hands of a good attorney. She did a fantastic job reaching out several times to gather the necessarily documents from both my employer and me. She provided timely answers to my questions and more I will not hesitate to use her services again for my green card application.

Best advice!

Ms. Garvish is excellent. Immigration to the USA could be a long and tedious process. It encompasses many stages and each of them is usually plagued with legal/technical details that are difficult for the average person to understand. Elizabeth has always been informative providing the best advice t...o all my questions. In addition she is always supportive and encouraging providing a positive outlook to what could be a very stressful process. I would recommend Ms. Garvish practice to all of you. Her level of expertise and compassion is second to none on her field.

Legal Work on Green Card and Naturalization

I have used the services of Elizabeth Garvish in obtaining my Green Card in 2004 as well as my Citizenship in 2012. Always professional and courteous, she made the process easy to understand and followed through on everything as promised. In late 2008, I lost my wallet containing my Green Card. I ...was due to fly to the UK a few days later but I was very concerned I wouldnt be able to travel. I contacted Elizabeth that night by e-mail and she called back and walked me through the process to get a replacement the very next day. Problem resolved.
