My Lawyer

I am proud to say Robert Arkin is my lawyer and I can recommend Mr. Arkin for you without reservation. He has worked diligently for me on complicated matters finding a solution at every obstruction. Much of the work Robert has done on my case has been done while I was sitting across from him in his office. He does not procrastinate. I can testify that Robert is thorough and communicates clearly and precisely. This is most important to consider when choosing a lawyer. Also, Robert is courteous when dealing with other lawyers even when other lawyers have not been so towards Robert. All writings or motions generated have been given to me exactly when submitted to the court or other lawyers. A disturbing problem that I've experienced with some other lawyers is delayed returned phone calls. Usually Robert answers right away but when he has returned my calls it's always within a reasonable time frame. I was fortunate to find Mr. Arkin and can guarantee satisfaction with his work for you. And, I appreciate his office setting related to it's location and convenient parking. I would include some improvement that Robert could strive towards but there is none. You will like Robert Arkin. Make him your Lawyer too.

Excellent Lawyer

Mr. Arkin was able to answer all of my questions related to a life estate and help me be able to figure out how to sell a piece of property that I thought was impossible. I really appreciate his help! I would recommend his services to anyone.

Highly recommend

I consulted with Robert on an Earnest Money dispute. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and responsive. Fortunately, our dispute was settled before we had to go to court but if we had, I certainly would want Robert on our side!

A Great Lawyer

Robert Arkin has helped me personally and with my business several times. He created an estate plan for me, and has worked on contracts, leases, real estate deals and asset purchases. I also use him often as a business advisor. Robert approaches complicated issues with careful analysis, identifying the goals, probing all possible outcomes and working creatively towards solutions that are in my best interests as his client. He adds value to everything he does and it has been a great experience working with him.
