The decedent's widow retained me to obtain the removal of her stepdaughter, as the administrator of the decedent's estate. As a matter of public record, I obtained Court Orders (ii) resulting in the re ... signation of the stepdaughter as the estate's administrator, (ii) awarding the decedent's widow a Year’s Support, and (iii) appointing the decedent's widow as the successor administrator of her husband's estate. During this case, the decedent's widow was arrested, jailed, and charged with Battery – Family Violence, Simple Battery – Family Violence, Simple Battery, and Battery, in connection with the forced entry by her stepdaughter and two police officers into her residence under an alleged legal authority. I filed a Motion to Dismiss the criminal charges, appeared in State Court on her behalf at the arraignment hearing, and obtained a dismissal of all charges, all as a matter of public record.
