Kevin is so very helpful in helping us understand legal documents, explaining what his role will be and helping us to communicate with our trustee. Kevin Parker is the family law attorney I dreamed of hiring! I live in SC, and I had to hire an attorney sight unseen....and boy did I pay for it! $3000 later, the only thing that had happened in 6moths was my ex got served. My mother, who still lives in Ga met with Kevin and he took my case over, ...at a very affordable rate I might add, & got me more than I ever thought possible....EVERYTHING the other attorney at $225/hr said I wouldn't get! He is diligent, responds to correspondence almost immediately, & doesn't take any crap from the other side. Since I live in another state, it would have been easy to forget me, like the 1st attorney...& I know I was no where near his highest billing client, but he really earned every cent he was paid! Like several others who have posted here, I was an out-of-state resident (VA) looking for an in-state lawyer to help defend a speeding ticket I got while visiting there in Georgia. After contacting several other agencies I had found online and receiving wildly different quotes and levels of service..., I tried Kevin and was very pleased with my initial conversation. Again, like other's have said and much to my surprise at the time, my initial call was answered by Kevin himself and we talked right then and there about my case. He was honest and upfront about the realistic and unrealistic outcomes for my circumstances, and his fee was reasonable and about what I expected to have to pay. In the end, I got exactly the outcome I was hoping for, and there's nothing I didn't enjoy about working with Kevin on this case. While I hope I don't need his services again anytime soon, if it does come up I will not hesitate to contact him again. I wish him and his practice the best of luck and success in the future. I also enjoyed the online "MyCase" case management system he uses, especially being out-of-state. It was nice to have all the documents and conversations there together, and the system is easy to use.
